Easygnosis finds it very important to ensure that all of its customers' personal information is treated with the utmost care and security and in accordance with the (Country) Data Protection Act. Easygnosis will not give a customer's personal information to third parties, except when the information is required for the services that Easygnosis provides to the customer, when legally required upon request of the appropriate legal authorities. Records of Easygnosis website visits are kept for statistical purposes. In addition, server logs the following information:

  • The date and time of the user's visit.
  • The address of the pages accessed and the documents downloaded.
  • The above information is used only for statistical analysis and systems administration purposes.
  • No attempt will be made to identify users or their browsing activities, except in the unlikely event of an investigation where a law enforcement agency may exercise a warrant.


Easygnosis only requests further contact information when required to respond to customer inquiries and support requests. Easygnosis will only use information provided by users and customers for the sole purposes for which it was collected.


Easygnosis  will only record an individual's e-mail address if they send an e-mail message. It will only be used for the purposes for which the individual provides it, and will not be added to a mailing list unless the individual requests that this is done. Easygnosis will not disclose it without the individual's consent.


A cookie might be stored on a user's computer when is accessed. This cookie could be used to synchronize interactions between the user's web browser and our web site. The cookie does not monitor the number of times or when a user or customer visits our site, nor is it used to gather any user information. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but visitors and customers can adjust their browsers to reject them. Even without a cookie, a customer can still use website. 


Easygnosis will remove personal information from its systems when it is no longer required.
